Deletion request status
If you removed WePost from Facebook, Instagram or Threads and asked for your data to be deleted, you were given a confirmation code. Open the link you received to see the status of your request here, or email privacy@wepo.st with your code.
1. Disconnect a social account
- Sign in to WePost at app.wepo.st and open the workspace.
- Go to Accounts, choose the account and select Disconnect.
WePost immediately deletes the account’s access tokens and, where the platform supports it (for example Google, TikTok, X and LinkedIn), revokes our access at the platform. Scheduled posts to that account are cancelled. The account’s profile data and publishing records are deleted within 30 days.
If your account was connected to someone else’s workspace through a connect link and you do not have a WePost login, remove WePost at the platform (see section 4) or email us.
2. Delete a workspace or your WePost account
Workspace owners can delete a workspace under Settings, Delete workspace. This disconnects every account in it and deletes its posts, media, schedules, API keys and webhooks. To delete your WePost user account, go to Profile, Delete account. If you own a workspace with other members, transfer ownership or delete the workspace first.
3. Request deletion by email
Email privacy@wepo.st from the address linked to your WePost account, or tell us the platform and username of the connected account you want removed. We may ask you to confirm that you own the account. We confirm when the deletion is complete.
4. Remove WePost at the platform
You can revoke WePost’s access directly in each platform’s settings at any time. Look for the list of connected, authorized or permitted apps and remove WePost:
- Facebook and Instagram: Apps and websites, or Business integrations, in your account settings. You can also ask Meta to send us a deletion request, and track it on this page with the confirmation code you receive.
- Threads: Website permissions in your account settings.
- YouTube and Google: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions
- TikTok: Settings and privacy, then Security and permissions, then Apps and services permissions.
- LinkedIn: Settings, Data privacy, Permitted services.
- X: Settings, Security and account access, Apps and sessions, Connected apps.
- Pinterest and Bluesky: the connected apps or app sessions section of your account settings.
When a platform notifies us that you removed WePost, we delete the account’s tokens right away and the rest of its data within the times below.
5. What gets deleted, and when

| Access and refresh tokens | Immediately when you disconnect, revoke access, or we receive a platform deletion notice |

| Your WePost account | Within 30 days of deleting the account |
