1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and WePost (“WePost”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and govern your use of the WePost website, web application, API, webhooks and MCP server (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, connecting a social account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it, and “you” includes that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

WePost is a social media publishing and scheduling service. It lets you connect social media accounts through each platform’s official sign-in, compose posts with per-platform settings, schedule them, publish them through the platforms’ official APIs, and track their status. Features may differ by platform and may change as platforms change their APIs and policies.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old, and old enough to use every platform you connect, to use the Service.
  • You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for your login credentials, passkeys and API keys, and for all activity under your account. Use two-factor authentication where available, and tell us immediately at security@wepo.st if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • You may not share an account with others; invite them to your workspace instead.

4. Workspaces and roles

Content and connected accounts live in workspaces. The person who creates a workspace is its owner. Owners and admins can invite members and assign roles (such as Owner, Admin, Editor and Viewer), which determine what each member can do, including connecting accounts, composing, approving and scheduling posts, and managing API keys. The workspace owner is responsible for the workspace, its members’ activity, and the content published from it.

If you manage a workspace for someone else, such as a client, you are responsible for having their authorization to connect their accounts and publish on their behalf, and for complying with any agreement you have with them.

5. Connected accounts and connect links

You may connect only social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. When you connect an account, you authorize WePost to access it with the permissions shown on the platform’s consent screen, and to publish the content you or your workspace schedule, at the times scheduled.

A connect link lets an account owner connect their account to a workspace without a WePost login. By using a connect link, the account owner authorizes that workspace to publish to the account through WePost until the account is disconnected or access is revoked. Account owners can revoke access at any time in the platform’s settings, and workspace members can disconnect an account at any time in WePost.

6. Platform terms apply

Each platform you publish to has its own terms, policies and community guidelines, and you must comply with them when you use WePost to publish there. They include:

  • YouTube: WePost uses YouTube API Services. By using WePost’s YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google’s handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
  • TikTok: the TikTok Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, for branded content, the Branded Content Policy.
  • Instagram, Facebook and Threads: the Instagram Terms of Use, Meta Terms of Service, Threads Supplemental Terms of Use and Meta’s Community Standards and branded content policies.
  • LinkedIn, Pinterest, X and Bluesky: the LinkedIn User Agreement, Pinterest Terms of Service, X Terms of Service and Bluesky Terms of Service, and their rules.

Platforms, not WePost, decide what may be published on them, and may limit, label, remove or decline content, or restrict accounts. WePost is not affiliated with or endorsed by any platform. Platform features and approvals can change or be withdrawn at any time, which may affect what WePost can do.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • send spam, or publish repetitive, unsolicited or bulk content that platforms consider spam;
  • engage in inauthentic behavior, including fake engagement, coordinated inauthentic activity, operating accounts to mislead people about who is behind them, or evading platform enforcement;
  • impersonate any person or organization in a deceptive way, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone;
  • publish content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence;
  • publish AI-generated or digitally altered media without the disclosure each platform requires, or remove or disable the disclosure labels WePost applies where a platform requires them;
  • publish advertising, sponsorships or paid partnerships without the disclosures required by law and by the platform;
  • connect or publish to accounts you are not authorized to use;
  • violate any platform’s terms, policies, rate limits or community guidelines, or use WePost to circumvent them;
  • upload malware, or probe, scan, overload or interfere with the Service or any platform;
  • access the Service by automated means other than our API, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows; or
  • resell or provide the Service to third parties except as a workspace you manage for your own clients.

We may review, hold or cancel scheduled posts, and suspend accounts or workspaces, where we reasonably believe these rules are being broken or a platform requires it.

8. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload, create or publish through the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, convert, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to operate and provide the Service to you, including publishing it to the platforms and accounts you choose. This licence ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service, except for copies that platforms hold after publication (which their terms govern) and backups that expire on schedule.

You are responsible for Your Content and confirm that you have all rights, licences and consents needed to publish it, including rights to music, images, video and the likeness of any person shown. We do not claim ownership of Your Content, we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models, and we never add watermarks or branding to it.

9. API, webhooks and MCP

If we give you access to the API, webhooks or MCP server, you must keep your API keys secret, respect documented rate limits, and send the settings each platform requires explicitly with every request. Posts created through the API are subject to these Terms, including the acceptable use rules, exactly as if created in the app. You are responsible for the systems you connect and for obtaining any consent needed from the account owners you publish for. We may change or discontinue API features, and revoke keys that are misused.

10. Early access

WePost is currently offered as an early-access service. Features may be incomplete, may change or be removed, and may contain errors. Some platform integrations depend on approvals from the platforms and may be unavailable or limited while those approvals are pending. We may limit usage, invite users gradually, or end early access. Please keep your own copies of important content.

11. Fees

The Service is free during early access. Before we introduce paid plans, we will publish the plans and prices and tell workspace owners in advance. You will never be charged unless you choose a paid plan and agree to its price and billing terms. Platforms may separately charge you for their own services, which is between you and them.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information, including the data we access from each connected platform. You can request deletion of your data as described on our Data Deletion page.

13. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and the WePost name and logo, belongs to WePost and its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service under these Terms. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account or workspace at any time. We may suspend or end your access, with notice where reasonable, if you breach these Terms, if required by law or a platform, if your use creates risk for others, or if we discontinue the Service. When your account or workspace is deleted, scheduled posts are cancelled, connected accounts are disconnected, and data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as Your Content licence limits, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity and governing law) will survive.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that a post will be published at an exact time, or that any platform will accept, display or keep your content. Platforms can change or restrict their APIs, and we are not responsible for their actions, availability or decisions, including actions they take on your accounts.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WePost and its affiliates, officers, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, followers or reach, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose and USD 100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

17. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify WePost against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of any platform’s terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protection that the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you.

19. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the updated Terms here with a new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, notify account owners by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

20. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. There are no third-party beneficiaries.
