Preflight validation
Before you schedule, WePost checks each target against that platform’s rules and your account’s limits, and tells you exactly what to fix. For example: “TikTok: 72s exceeds this creator’s 60s limit.”
Account groups
Save sets of accounts, such as “Every brand account” or “Client X, all platforms”, and target them all in one click.
Drafts
Save work in progress and come back to it. Drafts never publish until you schedule them.

Posts to many accounts go out a few seconds to minutes apart, which is gentler on platform limits.
Know what happened to every post
Every post shows its status on every account it targets, from scheduled through processing to published, with a link to the live post.
No double posts
WePost records every step of a publish before taking the next one. If the outcome of a request is ever unclear, it checks with the platform whether the post exists before doing anything else, so a retry never creates a duplicate.
Failures you can act on
When a platform rejects a post, you get a plain-English reason and a one-click retry. Temporary errors are retried automatically; content the platform flags is never retried blindly.
Rate limits handled for you
WePost tracks each platform’s posting limits per account and warns you when you schedule, not when it is too late.
Notifications
Email alerts for failures and accounts that need reconnecting, plus an optional daily digest.
Workspaces for every client and brand
Keep each client, brand or creator in its own workspace, with its own accounts, media, calendar, members and settings.
Connect links
Send a secure link. The account owner signs in on the platform’s official page and the account lands in the right workspace. Links can be limited to certain platforms, set to expire, or capped on uses.
Roles
Owner, Admin, Editor and Viewer roles control who can connect accounts, compose, schedule and manage the workspace.
Approvals
Require approval before posts go live. Editors draft, admins approve, and nothing publishes without sign-off.
Account health
Every connected account shows Active, Expiring soon or Reconnect needed. WePost checks daily and reminds you before a platform’s sign-in expires.
Audit log
A record of who connected or disconnected accounts, created API keys, published or deleted content.

Compliance built in, not bolted on
Platforms have rules about disclosure, consent and privacy. WePost makes following them the default.
One AI flag, every platform’s label
Mark a media file as AI-generated once. WePost carries that flag onto every post that uses it and applies each platform’s official disclosure. It is on by default for AI-generated media, and you can change it per post.

Your choices, never defaults
- TikTok privacy is always chosen by you from the options your account allows. Comments, duets and stitches start off, and commercial content disclosure is always available.
- YouTube title, description, visibility and made-for-kids are set by you for every upload, and the target channel is always shown.
- WePost never adds watermarks, logos or its own branding to your media.
- We request only the permissions publishing needs, and never read private messages.
- Disconnecting an account revokes our access at the platform where the platform supports it, and deletes the stored tokens.
